Farm Champions
What are FARM Champions?
FARM Champions seek to support and advise our agricultural producers enabling business sustainability and long-term economic viability. Our Champions seek to create farmer and rancher success stories.
FARM Champions are organizations that commit to stand with farmers and ranchers in support of their resiliency and economic viability. This community is made up of organizations that agree to promote resources, host training, conduct outreach supporting the foundation of agriculture, our farmers and ranchers. The core training of the Champions centers on strategic business planning and farm financial management. Champions also aid farmers in understanding and effectively leveraging USDA programs in order to enhance farm/ranch businesses.
Our community, FARM Champions, includes representatives from land-grant institutions, colleges/universities, farmer cooperatives, community-based organizations and non-profits, as well as public and private stakeholders. Champions collaborate across public and private sectors to serve agricultural producers.
